All web design work is quoted on an hourly basis, pages created per hour is dependent upon material required and type of site.
 

IVDC will accept cash, check, money order, or credit card payments online via PayPal.

A backup copy of your website is available by request. Otherwise it is the clients responsibility to maintain backups .
 

IVDC requests that 50 percent of quoted price be paid before the project is started. This deposit is non-refundable.
 

Full payment is due within 15 days of website completion. If payment is not received within this time a late charge will be applied.
 

Any project exceeding a 60 day time frame is subject to an interim invoice. This will be decided at the designers discretion.
 

All quoted prices are based on an hourly projection. Any additional time needed to complete a project will be billed at stated hourly rate. All quotes are excluding any applicable sales tax. Sales tax will be added at end of project.
 

We will place an unobtrusive link at the bottom of your page saying "Website Designed by Inner Vision Development"
 

All website designs remain copyright of IVDC until such time as the website is paid for in full. At that time the design becomes property of the client.


Design time will be minimized if the client:
 

Provides design materials in an organized and easily understood fashion.

Provides text for website in digital format, so that we don't have to retype it.


Design time will be extended if the client:
 

Desires required advanced features such as hover buttons, flash, virtual tours, printable pages, etc.
 

Requests IVDC to work with third party designers or consultants.
 

Does not provide us with design expectations such as colors, logo, or layout before we begin work, or if the client changes his/her mind frequently.

Please provide us with information to create your website. This normally includes: a brochure or comparable text describing your establishment, pictures, logos, quotations or testimonials, room descriptions and rates, policies and any additional information you would like included. If you have specific design elements and/or color schemes in mind, please include those. If you would like to e-mail materials, please send them to: design@ivdc.com
 

Digital images provided must be in PC format and in an Adobe PhotoShop or Illustrator (example formats include .jpg, .gif, .psd, .ai, .tif, .eps) compatible file. If the file is not convertible, we will charge to take it to a third party for conversion. The preferred format for sending text is in a text document (via email, HTML, Microsoft Word, or a general text editor such as notepad).
